Referees and Judges Oath: Before the commencement of each official international Gatka championship, Gatka officials solemnly pledge to uphold the highest standards of fairness, integrity, and transparency in their roles. They commit to diligently observe and implement all tournament rules, regulations, and conditions established by the World Gatka Federation (WGF). A distinguished representative from the host country shall take this solemn oath on behalf of all Gatka officials during the opening ceremony, holding a corner of the AGF flag, and reciting the following pledge:
Oath: “In the name of all Referees, Judges, and Technical Officials, we solemnly swear to fulfill our roles with unwavering impartiality in the Asian Gatka Tournament. We pledge to adhere to the competition’s rules, acting in the true spirit of sportsmanship.”
Players Oath: At the commencement of every official Asian Gatka championship, each Gatka player undertakes a solemn oath, vowing to compete with fairness and integrity, and to faithfully adhere to all tournament rules, regulations, and conditions stipulated by the WGF. A dedicated Gatka player from the host country assumes the responsibility of taking this oath on behalf of all Gatka competitors during the opening ceremonies. Holding a corner of the AGF flag, the chosen Gatka player recites the following pledge:
Oath: “In the name of all Gatka competitors, we promise and affirm our commitment to participate in the Asian Gatka tournament with the utmost respect for and compliance with all directives, rules, regulations, and conditions. We pledge to engage in this sport without the use of doping or drugs, aspiring to partake in this event in the true spirit of sportsmanship. We are dedicated to upholding the standards of discipline, all for the honor of our countries and for the glory of Gatka.”
